Philly notary public charged with forging documents to steal deeds of more than 20 city homes

A notary population in Philadelphia allegedly committed deed fraud to steal more than homes from their owners beginning in District Attorney Larry Krasner stated the defendant is accused of forging signatures and falsifying documents as part of a conspiracy to steal properties
